Terms and conditions.
Payment Terms: A £500.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. (Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable). 50% of the estimated charges must be settled 6 months before the wedding date & the final balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Guest Numbers and Invitations: Please have your realistic guest numbers before signing the contract, as we are unable to lower the contracted minimum numbers after this has been signed. Guest numbers also include yourselves, as the Bride and Groom. The RSVP date on your invitations should allow you enough time to collate your final numbers of adults and children, so the wedding co-ordinator can accurately calculate the 50% balance payment amount, due 6 months prior to your wedding date.
