Following the announcement by the UK Government, with effect from 18:00 Friday 20th March 2020; all bars and restaurants across the UK&I must temporarily cease to operate. In line with Government instructions, our Bar & Restaurant will be closed to residents and members of the public, however, we will continue to provide food and beverage services for guests with essential travel needs:

Food & drink will be available 11:00 to 23.00 please dial Room service to place your order. Food will be delivered directly to your room and there will be no Tray Charge for this delivery.

The Gin Bar

Enjoy the relaxed and intimate ambience of The Gin Bar which specialises in locally sourced premium gins and authentically produced gin-based cocktails.

You can create, or ‘Re-engineer’ your own cocktail using our unique drinks menu accompanied by our tasting menu. We also offer a wide range of other spirits, wines and local ales and our baristas are on hand to make your coffee, sourced from our bespoke local roaster Railtown, just the way you want it.

Why not prepare for a lesson like no other? Join us for our monthly Gin School, where our Gin of the Month experts take over to teach you about the history, science and art of gin distilling. Accompanied by live music and free samples, be sure to book your table you don’t want to miss out!

The Gin Bar at Crowne Plaza Newcastle – Stephenson Quarter is a 5-minute walk from the Utilita Arena making it the perfect stop for a pre-show drink.
