“The room was clean and lovely, with a fancy coffee machine we could use. We visited the spa which was a great addition, and very relaxing. It’s a very handy hotel right in the city centre, but offers more than a standard inner city stay. Also offers safe and cheap parking, whilst being a stones throw from the train station. All in all a lovely, well managed hotel that I’d certainly recommend.”

“Just back from an anniversary treat a Crowne Plaza Newcastle and loved every second. The room was beautiful with a view of Newcastle city centre, the staff couldn’t do enough to look after us, the spa was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the bar staff had great advice on which gins and accompaniments to have. We were made to feel very welcome and had a brilliant time. Thank you!”

“Got given a voucher for a spa day with afternoon tea and a cocktail for Xmas and it was fab. The staff in the spa and restaurant couldn’t do enough for you. I had back exfoliation followed by a hot candle wax massage and it was amazing Laura who looked after me was fab I could feel the knots in my shoulders disappear and my daughter had the exfoliation followed by a back massage and was looked after by Marie and she said hers was great too. We couldn’t have been happier will certainly go back there and would highly recommend.”
