The Biscuit Factory – Art Gallery In Newcastle
The Biscuit Factory is the largest contemporary art, craft and design gallery in the UK. At The Biscuit Factory, there are four seasonal exhibitions every year that showcase local and national artists, collaborations and art organisations.
The gallery is a family-run, independent business with a charitable foundation, supporting the practice and appreciation of visual arts in the North East.
Located in an old Victorian warehouse, the beautiful location stands out amongst its surroundings. At the gallery, you will find sculptures, paintings, pictures and jewellery all available to purchase.
Alongside this, The Factory Cafe is located on the second where you can grab a coffee and a cake or a spot for lunch. The cafe and restaurant have an outdoor sun terrace, ideal for a summer day.
There is free admission to the gallery and it is open 7 days per week. You can travel to the Biscuit Factory on foot, by car or by metro from the hotel.
