In line with government legislation, from Saturday 8th August 2020 it is mandatory to wear a face-covering in all public spaces within our hotel to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and protect all guests and team members.
As we adapt to new norms and expectations at Crowne Plaza Newcastle, we’ve adopted a new standard of cleanliness and ways of working within our hotel, and as everything looks a little different, we wanted to answer some commonly asked questions.
